Job Description

           KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Boost student outcomes in basic literacy & numeracy (aligned with NIPUN Bharat & FLN goals).
• Transform classrooms with activity-based, print-rich, MGML teaching (math & local language).
• Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessments & usage of TLMs.
• Increase attendance & retention, prevent dropouts, and ensure smooth progression to higher grades.
• Run learning centers, mobile libraries, excursions, wellness & EduSports sessions.
• Manage student academic & health data (manual + digital), facilitate medical checkups/treatments.
• Engage communities—home visits, parent counselling, SMC interaction, and lead 1–2 social-impact projects yearly.
• Support WASH events, school functions, and quarterly reporting.

           QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate with 1–2 years for RP & 2-5 years for SRP relevant experience (NGO/social sector preferred)
• Basic knowledge of FLN and NIPUN Bharat frameworks 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (English & local language)
• Proactive, detail-driven, flexible multitasker
