Location:Across India (Field & Desk-Based Short-term Assignments)

To support our ongoing and upcoming assignments, we invite applications for empanelment of experienced professionals in the above-mentioned relevant sectors for short-term project-based assignments.

 

Call for Empanelment of

 

Sector Experts

 

Nature of Engagement:The empaneled experts shall be expected to offer their technical inputs at various stages of the project, from proposal development to final delivery of high-quality evaluation reports, policy notes, presentations, etc. The specific activities in which these experts shall be involved will include -

 

(A) Proposal Development Phase

 

  • Providing technical inputs for proposal development focussing on technical sections

  • Participating in presentations to clients at the bidding stage

(B) Research & Assessment Phase

 

  • Technical support in designing study frameworks, research methodology, and research tools
  • Offering guidance in development of training manuals and offering sector-specific training to teams
  • Participating in consultative discussions with key stakeholders and review meetings with client

(C) Report Finalization Phase:

  • Offering technical support in analysing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Offer sector-specific inputs for developing evaluation reports, policy notes, and advisory documents
  • Participating in presentations to the client

Eligibility

  • Postgraduate degree / Ph.D. in relevant or allied disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience of working with Government Departments / International Agencies preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in research, monitoring & evaluation, or technical advisory role

Engagement Terms

Shortlisted Experts shall be empaneled for a duration of 1 year which is extendable based on mutual agreement. Experts shall be engaged in short-term project-based assignments that organization undertakes in relevant sectors. The duration of engagement, project-specific roles and responsibilities, and remuneration will be decided as per project requirements and expertise level.
