Job Description

 Provide real-time sign language interpretation for hearing-impaired employees during meetings, training sessions, and day-to-day shop floor activities.
 Translate written documents and recorded messages into sign language.
 Educate staff about deaf culture and the challenges faced by the hearing-impaired in the workplace.
 Work closely with HR and management to ensure all communication is accessible to all employees.
