Definition
Spoken English Trainer (ChangeMaker in Unnati's terminology) is the one who is extremely important to SUF. They are responsible to bring in change in the youth they work with, in the community they serve and be part of the Centre they belong to.
Accountability
ChangeMaker is accountable for youth enrolment in their respective centres. Impart training; help them transform as result of the training; inspire them to a new horizon of hope & opportunities; motivate them to become a change agent of future.
Core Skills
Imparts knowledge to Youth community, loves to take on challenges, self-motivated and committed to change, empathetic and a problem solver to show a ray of hope to youth
Data Update
Responsible for updating Sixerclass tool admission, student attendance etc., etc., Failing to comply with this mandatory requirement will impact the Change Makers financially and it may lead to severe HR action.
Specific Job Responsibilities
· Impart high-quality training in alignment with the course structure and content.
· Adhere to and follow all the requirements outlined in the process document.
· Identify Govt. colleges in your vicinity (approximately 30km radius) and liaise with the college authorities to start the Unnati’s program called UNXT in their college for 30 working days.
· Orient and convince the students of the importance of attending Unnati’s program called UNXT and enrol them in batches.
· Ensure that the student data captured on our student tracking application (Sixerclass) is complete and accurate.
· Work with the authorities and plan well to ensure that during the 30 working days of 3 hours each, the program is run uninterrupted and completed successfully.
· Ensure that no aspect of the training program is missed out and the students are well trained and transformed at the end of 30 days.
· Identify slow-learners and attention-seeking participants and provide early redressal/counselling, so that they successfully complete the program.
· Motivate the students to utilize the self-learning resources provided through the U Leap Smartphone app and monitor them on a regular basis.
· Conduct the valediction program in the presence of the college authorities to showcase the skills learned by the students during this program.
· Coordinate with Placement Team for a seamless placement of students in your batch.
· Work with Head Office to involve sponsors as and when required.
· Ensure active social media participation by all students.
· Speak and spread the word about Unnati as an organization and its activities to the college authorities and the students.
· Facilitate student referrals to our centers.
· Support center operations as and when requested by the management.
· Ensure regular college study hours are not disrupted while conducting UNXT program.
