Positions: 5 {One in each State)

Locations: UP East, UP West, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan

Job Description:

·        Responsible for developing NEW franchisee partners.

·        Revenue Growth, Build and Own the relationship with Franchisees in a particular state.

·        Handle business operations along with acquisition of new Franchisees.

·        Making Annual sales and collection targets.

·        Works closely with the Management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

·        Graduation/ Post Graduation

·        Must be from Education or skills sector

·        Experience of more than 3 years in new franchise appointment

·        Good Communication Skill

·        Self-Motivated & Aggressive

CTC: Rs 3 Lacs per annum plus Incentives
