Role Overview:

The Innovation Coach will be the primary on-ground facilitator for the STEAM Shakti Program in schools. They will work directly with teachers, students, and school leaders to build capacity, conduct hands-on STEAM sessions, and establish active STEAM Labs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct STEAM sessions and project-based learning for Grades 6–9.

• Support and train teachers in design thinking and inquiry-based methods.

• Facilitate use of DIY kits, STEAM labs, and digital tools.

• Monitor classrooms, student learning, and lab usage.

• Organize STEAM fairs, exhibitions, and competitions.

• Engage parents and community during PTMs and share updates with program teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Education, Science, Technology, or related field.

• Experience in teaching, STEAM education, or project-based learning.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with educational technology and lab-based learning.
