Designation: Account Executive (Tally) – Trainer

Qualifications

• Com or MBA in Finance
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in training and skill development in the field of accounting

Job Description:

As a Tally Accounting Trainer at SEDI Nagaur, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training to our students, equipping them with the essential accounting skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers. Your role will encompass the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Tally Prime and other accounting software, ensuring students gain a strong understanding of accounting principles and software usage.
• Curriculum Development Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials and content to meet industry standards and best practices.
• Student Assessment Administer regular assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their queries and concerns, and assisting them in career development.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting software and industry trends to ensure the training program remains current and relevant.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and student performance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on student progress, training effectiveness, and other relevant data as required by ACF.

Qualities and Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Tally Prime software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
