About the role:
A major philanthropic foundation, dedicated to creating large-scale systemic change across India (including Rural Transformation, Health, Education, and Disaster Response), is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead. This role is critical for managing and enhancing the organization's human capital by overseeing the entire recruitment and employee relations lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities & Management:
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle (source to offer/joining) for all allocated open positions, ensuring timely joining.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across various channels (portals, networking, headhunting) to fill senior and specialized roles.
- Maintain detailed MIS, trackers, and reports (weekly/monthly) on recruitment progress for the HR Head.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management:
- Understand stakeholder requirements and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
- Brief shortlisted candidates clearly on the company, job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Conduct regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and coordinate pre-joining documents.
- Facilitate and maintain relationships with new joiners for an initial period (e.g., 3 months).
- HR and Compliance:
- Contribute to developing, maintaining, and evaluating employee relations and HR programs in consultation with Business Heads.
- Coordinate for other general HR activities as needed (e.g., employee engagement, grievances, attendance).
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Mandatory MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with wide experience in HR management within a large-scale company environment.
- Core Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and articulation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflict.
- Proven ability to manage top-level management and internal stakeholders.
- Scope: The role involves direct People Management Scope (Yes) and covers the Head Office (HO) geography.
