*Position*: Team Leader
*Location*: SPMU, Haryana | *Department*: Directorate of MSME, Haryana

*Role Overview*:
Lead the PMFME Scheme in Haryana, ensuring coordination, implementation, and support for micro food processing enterprises.

*Key Responsibilities*:
Oversee execution, compliance, and fund utilization.
Coordinate with government bodies, financial institutions, and beneficiaries.
Provide technical support, training, and capacity-building.
Facilitate credit linkages, branding, and value chain development.

*Qualifications & Experience*:
Master’s in Business Management, Agriculture, or Food Business Management.

8+ years experience in development projects (Food Processing/Agri-Business/MSME), 3+ years in leadership.

*Skills & Competencies*:
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics.
