BAIF is looking for a motivated as a technical expert/Engineer (NRM and Civil work)
Experience and qualification
1. The candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in the development sector and preferably have NRM related projects, negotiation skills, good communication, command of community-driven approaches, a risk taker, and a target achiever.
2. Should have ground experience in soil and water conservation and Civil work.
3. Should have experience to prepare design and estimate of structures.
4. Should have strong negotiation skills.
5. Should be proficient in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities-
The candidate will report to the Project Leader and the major responsibilities include:
● NRM Planning and Implementation.
● Community Mobilization
● Knowledge about SHG and report to Govt departments
● Ensuring monthly team meetings and sharing reports with the organization
● Timely achieving targets.
● Monitoring of day-to-day activities, project performance,and individual member performance,
as well as the performance of Paraprofessionals.
● Timely update of accounts of BAIF books as well as a community organization.
● Timely sharing of reports of data collected at each level.
QUALIFICATION-
Applicants must possess a B. Tech in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering. Diploma in Civil
Engineering.
Location- Hamirpur/Bahraich/and other location of UP
