Candidates required from: All blocks of districts – (Candidates must have their own conveyance and willing to travel to other blocks as per project need)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Age: 20 years and above
Languages Known: Marathi, Gujarati (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing) with local language, Hindi and English
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in teaching/ data collection/survey/ assessment projects 
Duration: Between 15-30 days (in the month of Dec.25 – as per project needs)

Engagement Overview:
Ei is looking for young, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals with computer knowledge, experience of teaching, student data collection, survey, assessment. Good if candidate has experience in administering student tests using OMR in private and/or government schools. As an invigilator, you will be visiting selected schools, coordinate with principals and teachers, provide instructions to students, will conduct assessment, gather and organize completed OMR sheets, and submit them at the mentioned location. Ei will provide comprehensive training before deployment.

Responsibilities:
•    Oversee the setup of the examination room to ensure compliance with exam testing norms.
•    Distributing OMR sheets, answer booklets, and other necessary materials to students.
•    Provide clear verbal and written instructions to students regarding test procedures, timing, OMR marking guidelines, and examination rules.
•    Monitoring students during the test to prevent cheating and ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment.
•    Handling any issues or emergencies that arise during the test according to test policies.
•    Collecting and organize completed OMR test sheets and other testing materials.
•    Ensuring secure handling and transportation of test tools to the designated processing area.
•    Maintain accurate records of student attendance, material distribution, and any incidents or irregularities that occur during the examination.
Skills:
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling test materials.
•    Expertise in technology to manage/operate Tablet/laptop.
•    Liaison and coordination with stakeholders with time management skills.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
