Job Description
Profile – Trainer
Location- Jaipur
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct offline trainings for aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs in financial literacy, digital skills, and business development.
- Mobilize women beneficiaries, guide them in developing business plans, and provide follow-up support.
- Ensure participants are certified and selected beneficiaries receive grant support.
- Handhold women beneficiaries for 3+ months post-training to help set up businesses and improve income.
- Liaise with government bodies and community stakeholders to organize 5-day training sessions.
- Support a team of 4–5 trainers and coordinate with internal teams (mobilizers, accounts, and program managers).
- Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and training reports.
- Report daily to the Program Manager and manage training logistics, grievances, and outreach targets.
Qualification & Experience:
- MSW, Public Policy, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in the social sector, especially in women-focused training or entrepreneurship
- Familiarity with government schemes, microfinance, and skill development
- Strong in training delivery, documentation, and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and digital tools
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
