We're Hiring - Trainer

Location -  Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - Tarluvada | Rambilli | Mudasarlova

• Deliver structured training sessions on financial literacy (savings, credit, banking), digital literacy (UPI, mobile banking), and entrepreneurship
• Use participatory, activity-based, and local-language methods to ensure high engagement among low-literacy SHG women
• Customize and localize training content for rural and tribal contexts
• Develop simple training aids (visual tools, case studies, role plays) for effective learning
• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) and mentor assistant trainers
• Monitor training quality and ensure consistency across locations
• Support SHGs in business planning, livelihood identification, and market understanding
• Conduct pre/post assessments and track learning outcomes

Experience: 2–4 years

Requirements:
BSW / MSW with SHG experience in Vizag
Strong training, communication, and reporting skills
Willingness to travel
Passion for women’s empowerment
