 Roles & Responsibilities

• To mobilize and facilitate enrolment of suitable women for LLF’s Women Entrepreneurship project with the help of SHG.
• To conduct structured training on Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, and Business Planning     (Entrepreneurship Development) in different batches.
• To maintain the beneficiaries’ database from time to time with a repository of relevant supporting documents. To maintain training records, regular attendance, registration, and case stories.
• To facilitate women in developing their business plans. To take an active part in the facilitation of seed    funding support to beneficiaries from LLF.
• To help and support beneficiaries in setting up their businesses including business incorporation, Current A/C opening, issuance of PAN Card, etc.
• To help women in accessing capital by leveraging various government financing schemes.
• To take an active part in organizing various program showcasing events.
• Prepare and submit various programmatic reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis to the line manager. Any other task as assigned by the reporting manager

Qualification & Experience:

• 2 to 3 Years of experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum qualification required Graduate.
• As per the State Requirement- Hindi/Gujarati/Marathi/Kannada/Telegu.
