Position: Women Facilitator

About the Role:
The Women Facilitator will work directly with women in rural communities to promote empowerment, leadership, and participation in development activities. The role focuses on mobilizing women, strengthening Self-Help Groups (SHGs), conducting awareness sessions, and supporting initiatives related to gender equality, health, and livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize women in the community and facilitate the formation and strengthening of SHGs.

Conduct awareness sessions and meetings on gender equality, health, rights, and livelihood opportunities.

Organize and facilitate training and capacity-building programs for women groups.

Coordinate with field teams, panchayat members, and other local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of activities.

Maintain group records, attendance, and reports as per project requirements.

Support community events, campaigns, and other initiatives related to women empowerment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline (Social Work or Rural Development preferred).

1–2 years of experience in community mobilization, women empowerment, or SHG-related projects.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and work in rural field areas.

Salary: As per experience and organizational norms.
