Position: Women Facilitator
Location : Sonipat , Haryana

About the Role:
The Women Facilitator will work directly with women in rural communities to promote empowerment, leadership, and participation in development activities. The role focuses on mobilizing women, strengthening Self-Help Groups (SHGs), conducting awareness sessions, and supporting initiatives related to gender equality, health, and livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize women in the community and facilitate the formation and strengthening of SHGs.

• Conduct awareness sessions and meetings on gender equality, health, rights, and livelihood opportunities.

• Organize and facilitate training and capacity-building programs for women groups.

• Coordinate with field teams, panchayat members, and other local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of activities.

• Maintain group records, attendance, and reports as per project requirements.

• Support community events, campaigns, and other initiatives related to women empowerment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline (Social Work or Rural Development preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization, women empowerment, or SHG-related projects.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in rural field areas.
