operations in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and is committed to launching interventions in multiple new

✓ Scope & overview of the role:
As a developer, you will be participating in development projects for our Odoo based ERP solution and Android
application. You will be implementing change request and participating in maintenance of our technical operations
and infrastructure.
✓ Areas of Responsibility:
To handle Odoo and Android change requests and day to day issue troubleshooting of IPMTAS users. To develop
new modules in Odoo ERP and Android application as required.
✓ Core Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Odoo module (new module development, customization).
• Make corresponding changes in android app.
• Manage backend databases.
• Handle Change requests of already developed application modules.
• Act as super-admin for the ERP solution and Android app.
✓ Liaise with:
Internal - All functions
✓ Education Background:
• Hold a graduate degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Certification in Android Development.
✓ Work Experience:
• Have a total development experience of 7-8 Years with 3-4 years as Odoo developer, 1-2 years as android
developer, 2-3 years as DBA.
• Hands-on experience in different stacks - Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML. Linux
database.

• Technical skills:
o Excellent understanding of Odoo framework. Should have good understanding of Odoo module
building and troubleshooting.
o Strong knowledge of Odoo Stack Technologies (i.e. Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML,
PostgreSQL etc.). ‘
o Must have good understanding database administration. Linux, PostgreSQL
o Must know about code versioning tools like Git and CD/CI tools like Jenkins etc.
o Knowledge of Linux operating system.
o Knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure.
o Android application development knowledge – Kotlin would be an added advantage
✓ Travel requirement:
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time at the state / district / village level in program geographies.
