Job Summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bulk procurement of equipment, assets, and services (e.g., furniture, IT equipment, lab/sports supplies, and printing materials).
  • Manage venue setup, logistics, and food arrangements during trainings, workshops, and donor visits.
  • Maintain inventory, asset registers, and ensure timely material distribution in offices and field.
  • Oversee office facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and legal rental agreements.
  • Handle travel and accommodation logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain vendor databases and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Head Office admin team for any assistance.
  • Maintain office expense records and share monthly MIS with Head office.

Qualification :

  • Graduate/Management Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge in administration, procurement, and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
