Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk procurement of equipment, assets, and services (e.g., furniture, IT equipment, lab/sports supplies, and printing materials).
- Manage venue setup, logistics, and food arrangements during trainings, workshops, and donor visits.
- Maintain inventory, asset registers, and ensure timely material distribution in offices and field.
- Oversee office facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and legal rental agreements.
- Handle travel and accommodation logistics for staff and visitors.
- Develop and maintain vendor databases and contracts.
- Coordinate with Head Office admin team for any assistance.
- Maintain office expense records and share monthly MIS with Head office.
Qualification :
- Graduate/Management Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in administration, procurement, and compliance
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
