This role is supervisory, the person has to manage 3 to 4 district operations and manage a team of field officers.

Nature of Job:

Sales, Distribution, data collection and Operations Reporting to Sales Officer Operational Area: Minimum 3 to 4 districts. Team Size : 10 to 12 Field Officers and Jr.Field Officers

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have a graduate with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in rural sales Preferred companies Sectors: Agri, MFIs, NGOs, Rural Financial institutions Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, insurance and helmet Must be willing to travel extensively Must be fluent (Writing/reading) in Kannada and English, Hindi is an added advantage.

Must be willing to relocate to any location as needed.

Job Description of ASO - The ASO has to visit a minimum of two project offices and visit the field along with the FO Must attend monthly Patner meetings, and discuss it with the Partner Project office to get a demo scheduled The ASOs to make sure FOs get an adequate meeting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The demo schedule should include the Date, Time, Place, number of demonstrations, type of meeting etc, the same need to be shared with FOs, and SO. Need to share the Minutes of Meeting(MOM) with SO and bifurcate the demo schedule( daily and weekly) - Create a MOM google form

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
