Shakti Agritech Farming and Livelihood (SAFAL) is a development organization working since 1980 for the promotion of sustainable livelihoods. It's headquartered in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and works with more than 60,000 rural holds in 2 states 75 districts and 715 villages. The hired candidate will be reporting to the board of directors of the producer company & operational reporting to (SAFAL)Shakti Agritech Farming and Livelihood.

Key responsibilities:

1. Explore and pursue opportunities to support and expand the operation of the FPC
2. Generate the business from various marketing platforms
3. Develop a business plan
4. Generate business leads
5. Work on backward and forward linkages (ag. commodities)
6. Ensure & increase the top line (business turnover) and bottom line (net profit)
7. Ensure a working relationship with the business community
8. Mobilize farmers' community producer company
9. Work on business development and ensure profitability for the producers
10. Manage the day-to-day affairs of the producer company
