Job Description

1. Sales Management:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to coordinate with sales targets.

· Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

· Coordinate with the Field officer

· Provide timely feedback to the management regarding sales performance and market insights.

2. Team Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key Steak holder.

· Scheduling the Demonstration plan with the field officers.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports as required.

· Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

4. Training and Development:

· Make a monthly, weekly and quarterly Plan and execute the training programs for Field officers.
