Key Responsibilities

Record, review, and post financial transactions accurately in a timely manner ·

Develop and maintain standardized procedures for finance-related processes ·

Manage accounts payable, including bill payments, correspondence, and documentation ·

Prepare financial statements, reports, estimates, and analytical summaries under the guidance of the reporting manager ·

Conduct periodic reconciliations of financial data, including annual and monthly reviews of income and expenses ·

Oversee monthly disbursals and payments to stakeholders ·

Ensure timely statutory compliance, including TDS, PF, and other regulatory requirements ·

Manage online banking platforms (E-NET) for vendor, NGO, and other payments ·

Process vendor payments, ensuring proper TDS deductions and accurate tracking of expenses and advances ·

Assist in the finalization of books of accounts, including preparation of schedules and support in annual return filings ·

Support the preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Receipts & Payments Account ·

Issue 80G (Tax Exemption Certificate) to corporate and individual donors ·

Manage donation management systems, including tracking disbursals, donor records, and campaign data ·

Coordinate with partner NGOs by issuing fund transfer communications aligned with project requirements ·

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager .

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

· Prior experience in the social sector or allied fields is preferred

· Working knowledge of statutory compliance and CSR-related legal frameworks

· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
