Lead – Admissions & Outreach at ISDM (Noida)

The Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) is the only institution globally dedicated to building the discipline of Development Management – shaping leaders for social impact.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive ISDM’s Admissions & Outreach function – strategy, partnerships, visibility, and conversions while building ISDM’s brand.

What you’ll do:
Build strategy and segment target groups.
Design and execute outreach and partnerships.
Drive lead generation and counselling for conversions.
Strengthen marketing and visibility.
Manage admissions processes end-to-end.
Inspire and lead a high-performing team.

What we’re looking for:
12+ years in admissions, outreach, or sales (8+ in leadership).
Strategic thinker and hands-on executor.
Marketing mind, creative, target-driven, and inspiring leader.
