Job Description

    To facilitate remedial teaching for the slow learners as per NIPUN Bharat Mission Guideline. 
    To deliver the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy to Improve the learning outcome of the students of Grade 1-8 in Govt. Schools.
    Ownership of learning level improvements in each class from grade 1-8 through LEAP (Enhancement and Practice) and LEAP Plus
    Implement LEAP for Hindi, Math, subjects – MGML (Multi Grade Multi Level) teaching approach as per LEAP content developed by LLF and WELLNESS manuals.  
    Subject enrichment sessions
    Manage LEAP learning aid and academic assets (Math Kit, Science kit)
    Manage academic and health data of all school children
    Implement 1-2 social impact project per year 
    Manage relationship with School HM, Teachers and SMC
