Job Description

Vikalp Sansthan is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Coordinator to join their team in Udaipur, Rajasthan. This role is crucial in empowering girls and women in the region and involves coordinating youth programs, engaging with the community, and advocating for gender equality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee youth programs across 20 villages.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and local organizations.
Monitor program activities, collect data, and prepare reports.
Conduct awareness campaigns and workshops on gender equality and SRHR.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in program coordination or management.
Strong understanding of gender issues and youth development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and travel to rural areas.
