Did you know that the Indian Government spends about USD 400 billion on social welfare and security programs
every year? Despite this, there are 124 million people living below the poverty line and 400 million more working in
the unorganized sector with no formal entitlements. At Haqdarshak, this is the problem we are trying to solve
through an assisted tech model which ensures last mile connectivity.
We feel both humble and proud that in the last 5 years we have channelized over INR 500 crore and reached more
than 1 million families across 22 states in the country. In the process, we have trained over 10000 women
entrepreneurs — the frontline support agents — who earn a livelihood because they are trained on our products
and processes. And we are super proud because this is no mean achievement. But we know, there is just so much

The Opportunity
We are looking to hire passion people in MSME as Associate/Assistant Manager

Location - Assam, Karnataka, Punjab, Maharashtra 

What you are expected to do?

- Leading operations and implementation of projects at state/s level for entrepreneurs.
- Ensure implementation of project including identification of schemes, evaluating entrepreneur
needs, creating project proposals along with different teams.
- Develop partnerships with NGOs, Incubators, Govt. Depts., banks at the state/s level.
- Team building and Empowerment - Building a pool of resource talent for managing projects and
meeting key deliverables aligned to organizational goals and vision and effectively engage with
the Team for knowledge empowerment.
- Innovative and quick thinking to arrive at solution-driven processes for effective execution
- Support build of innovative and sustainable revenue and operational models to push the
organization growth trajectory

You should

- Post-graduate with at least 5-7 years of prior relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, public speaking and written
communication in English and regional language.
- Effective and strong network building capabilities to establish relationships with the various
stakeholders and entrepreneurs
- Good understanding of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem preferably Agriculture / Food
Processing, Retail – Micro, Textile sectors etc.
- Ability to lead the team and execute projects independently.
- Readiness to travel extensively and relocate with respect to the Project requirements
