Job Description

Senior quantitative evaluation specialist Overall responsibility including design, analysis and report writing of Program Evaluation • At least 8 years of experience in conducting evaluations as lead or senior member. • Should have designed and executed at least 2 quantitative evaluations using quasi-experimental methods. • Should have done at least 2 projects in rural livelihoods measuring economic well-being in studies with sample more than 3000. • Demonstrated good writing skills – at least 2 sample reports to be supplied on request. • Masters or PhD in economics, statistics or similar
