Job Title: Cluster Coordinator

Location: Mylliem & Mawphlang, East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure improvement in student learning outcomes with a strong focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).
• Drive effective implementation of academic, sports, arts, and wellness programs across assigned school clusters.
• Conduct regular school visits (minimum 4 days per week) to monitor program delivery and identify gaps.
• Build and strengthen capacity of Resource Persons (RPs) through coaching, classroom observation, and feedback.
• Ensure 100% student coverage and timely completion of program modules.
• Track school-level progress and ensure adherence to program quality standards and timelines.
• Analyze baseline, midline, and endline data to design targeted action plans for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational guidelines and child protection policies.
• Develop strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and community stakeholders.
• Encourage community participation to ensure sustainability and ownership of interventions.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (preferably in Mathematics or Language)
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in education, training, or development sector programs
• Prior experience in school education or working with government systems is preferred
