Roles & Responsibility:
- Responsible to implement and follow up all community mobilization activities as per project
- Coordinate and conduct PRA exercise in all the select intervention areas
- To coordinate all training/orientation programs under the
- Plan and implement campaigns, regular hygiene education sessions and awareness on WASH in the target community
- Conduct capacity building trainings to relevant stakeholder as per module developed
- Periodically Collect data, analyze and submit reports
- Activation/ formation of mandated institution committees and water user groups
- Undertake discussion with the institution (school, AWC, HCF) heads on O&M and contribution
- Maintain and submit periodic activity report and regular review to track progress
- Strengthen mandated institutions and operations and management of WASH infrastructure
- Conduct community level meetings
- Mobilize contribution for infrastructure
- Monitor the infrastructure works during construction and report if any gaps.
Eligibilities and requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in social science from any reputed institution
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in similar organizational/ functional
- Work experience around community mobilization, institution building and behaviour
Skills, Aptitude and Attitude:
- Good understanding of issues pertaining to WASH/Water conservation intervention in the communities
- Proactive and self-motivated individual capable of engaging persuasively with various stakeholders at the community level
- A self-starter, able to work independent
- Fluency in Local Language (Telugu) is mandatory
