Key Responsibilities

•        Monitor day-to-day construction activities at school sites.

•        Check material usage, workmanship, and compliance with quality standards.

•        Coordinate with contractor teams for work scheduling and daily tasks.

•        Provide on-site guidance to workers based on technical instructions from the Infrastructure Expert / Project Manager.

•        Ensure adherence to safety protocols for workers and school premises.

•        Identify quality deviations and ensure timely corrective actions.

•        Maintain site cleanliness and proper material handling.

•        Maintain a daily site logbook capturing progress, manpower, material usage, and issues.

•        Capture daily photographs and share progress updates.

•        Record site measurements and submit them to the Infrastructure Expert for verification.

•        Report challenges, delays, or material shortages promptly.

•        Communicate site plans and schedules with school authorities.

Skills & Competencies

•        Strong attention to quality and detail.

•        Ability to supervise contractors and labor teams.

•        Good communication and coordination skills.

•        Willingness to work in rural and remote locations.

•        Ability to understand and communicate in the local language.

Experience & Qualification

•        B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Any other Graduation.

•         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

Compensation will be offered in line with industry standards and commensurate with experience.
