About the role:

The Executive – Operations is a pivotal role ensuring seamless coordination between schools, field teams, and government departments. You will be responsible for supporting high-quality program implementation, managing ground teams, and driving meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

•  

  Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government and school officials to plan and deliver programmatic interventions.

   

•  

  Team Management: Lead and manage the ground implementation team to ensure operational goals are met.

   

•  

  Project Tracking: Utilize existing tools to track progress and ensure all reporting is completed accurately and on time.

   

•  

  Capacity Building: Provide active support for field reviews and capacity-building workshops.

   

•  

  Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze field data and feedback to strengthen overall program design and delivery.

   

•  

  Culture Contribution: Actively contribute to a collaborative, learning-centered work environment.
