Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Field Officers (Ground Staff). This role involves managing operations across 5–6 taluks and working in both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate efficiently within assigned 5–6 taluks
• Generate daily indents and meet operational targets
• Build strong connections with local communities and business partners
• Ensure smooth execution of on-ground activities
• Work closely in both D2C and B2B engagement models
• Work with Consumer Durables and Home Appliances.
• Submit regular updates and reports 

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
• Good knowledge of the local area and community (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary 16000 to 25000 (Daily expense allowance)
• Attractive incentives based on revenue performance
