? Job Responsibilities:
* Awareness on 2 Agriculture Schemes & 1 Social Security Scheme
* Training, onboarding & community mobilization
* Organize camps for scheme applications
* Coordination with government departments
* 90% field work

? Eligibility:
* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Rural Development
* 1–3 years experience in Agriculture sector
* Local candidates preferred
* Good communication & negotiation skills
* Basic digital knowledge for reporting/data handling
* Own Laptop & Bike mandatory
