Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary interface between facilitators and the project management team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
· Conduct training sessions for new facilitators on program methodology, including mock sessions to enhance program quality.
· Observe workshops, perform quality assessments, and provide constructive feedback to facilitators to improve effectiveness.
· Prepare and share periodic workshop observation reports with program management.
· Develop strategies to achieve set targets, deadlines, and donor commitments; track program metrics and deliverables.
· Create and disseminate high-quality reports on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual basis, along with miscellaneous reports as needed.
· Update program dashboards and target sheets daily; plan and design effective monitoring and evaluation strategies.
· Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) and interviews with program beneficiaries to assess program impact.
· Research opportunities for program expansion and similar STEM initiatives in India; engage with schools to facilitate enrolment in the program.
