For Appointment of Social Media Management Agency

1. ABOUT LHWRF

Lupin Human Welfare & Research Foundation (LHWRF) is the social responsibility arm of Lupin Limited, founded by Dr. Desh Bandhu Gupta in 1988. In its journey spanning over three decades, the foundation has impacted more than 2.02 million beneficiaries across 5,400 villages in 26 districts, spread across eight states in India. LHWRF works through a family-centered approach aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty in India's most underdeveloped regions. Its work is anchored in two core programs:

 

Livelihoods Program: Focused on creating sustainable economic opportunities through capacity building, natural resource management, community collectives, livestock development, grassroots value chain strengthening, and improving market access for farmers.

 

Lives Program: Aimed at improving community health and access to healthcare services, with a focus on Non-Communicable Diseases, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs), asthma, and hypertension.

 

2. OBJECTIVE

 

LHWRF seeks to engage a professional Social Media Management Agency to:

  • Build strong brand visibility for LHWRF's initiatives
  • Create compelling content showcasing impact stories from grassroots communities
  • Amplify farmer success stories and healthcare interventions
  • Engage with stakeholders including supporters, partners, beneficiaries, and the development sector community
  • Manage LHWRF's social media presence across multiple platforms

3. SCOPE OF WORK

The selected agency will be responsible for:

 

3.1 Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategy aligned with LHWRF's mission
  • Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube channels
  • Create and maintain content calendar with minimum 18-22 posts per month
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to queries/comments within 24 hours

3.2 Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop impact stories, beneficiary testimonials, and case studies
  • Create multimedia content: graphics, videos (30-90 seconds), infographics, reels
  • Produce field documentation content from program locations
  • Design campaign creatives for key initiatives (minimum 2 campaigns per quarter)
  • Translate content into Marathi, Hindi, and regional languages as needed

3.3 Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide monthly performance reports with engagement metrics
  • Quarterly strategy review and recommendations
  • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and impact indicators

3.4 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Amplify press releases and organizational announcements
  • Collaborate with LHWRF's communication team for content approvals

4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Requirement

Experience

Minimum 3 years in social media management with at least 2 projects in development/CSR/NGO/social sector

Team Capability

In-house team with content writers (English & Hindi), graphic designers, video editors

Registrations

Valid PAN and GST registration

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agriculture/rural development/healthcare communication
  • Portfolio showcasing impact storytelling and beneficiary-centric content
  • Understanding of development sector terminology and CSR frameworks

5. CONTRACT DURATION & PAYMENT

  • Contract Period: 1 year (renewable annually based on performance)
  • Payment Terms: Quarterly payments against deliverables

6. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 

Technical Proposal:

  • Covering letter on company letterhead
  • Company profile and registration certificates
  • Portfolio of previous work (especially development/CSR content)
  • Team composition with profiles
  • Proposed approach, methodology, and content strategy for LHWRF
  • Sample content calendar and creative concepts
  • PAN and GST certificates

Financial Proposal:

  • Annual consolidated cost (excluding GST)
  • Item-wise breakdown: monthly retainer, content creation, campaigns

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • LHWRF reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposals without assigning reasons
  • All content created will be LHWRF's intellectual property
  • Agency must maintain confidentiality of all LHWRF data and communications
  • Contract may be terminated with 1-month notice for non-performance
  • Agency responsible for all statutory compliances for their team
