Location: Dantewada, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)

Advocacy and Government Engagement: Partnering with local administration to enhance education standards.

Role Overview:
The Strategic Advocacy and Government Relations Coordinator will serve as a key link between Bachpan Banao and the district administration, District Education Officer's office, and Samagra Shiksha. The role involves strategizing, coordinating, and supporting the effective implementation of government programs aimed at improving education quality in government schools.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about education reform to engage with government processes and drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advocacy and Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with the district administration, education officials, and other stakeholders to align on strategies for improving education quality.

Advocate for Bachpan Banao’s vision and programs within government systems.



2. Program Support and Implementation:

Support initiatives like Padhe Dantewada, focusing on regular and monthly assessments for foundational learning.

Assist in the design and rollout of new programs and interventions.



3. Data-Driven Insights:

Compile, analyze, and interpret assessment data from schools.

Present actionable insights to teachers and administrators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.



4. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare high-quality documentation, including proposals, case studies, reports, and official notes, in Hindi and English.

Maintain organized records of program activities and outcomes.



5. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a bridge between communities, schools, and government bodies to ensure smooth program execution and sustainable impact.




Key Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Documentation Skills: Ability to write compelling notes, proposals, and case studies.

Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms for data management and analysis.

Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including government officials and educators.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously while aligning with the values of trust, autonomy, and responsibility.
