Job Position: Team Leader

Location: South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

About:

A leading NGO emerging as a regional and national development organization aimed at the betterment of marginalized and vulnerable rural, semi-rural, and diversifying urban communities that depend on agro and non-farm based activities for their livelihood and progress. It has been engaged with small & marginal women farmers to improve their agricultural productivity, increase their involvement in market-linked activities, food processing & related Agri- value chain development works. In continuation to these works, 4S is going to develop women-led FPOs and looking for young and dynamic agri-business professionals who will work in close coordination with women farmers for their overall development.

Salary: Up to 60 thousand per month

Education: Postgraduate degree in Natural Resource Management/Rural Development/Development Studies/Social Work/Rural Management/Economics/Social Science and other relevant subject

Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in Water and Sanitation/Working on construction of water body and toilet.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate between different teams, government agencies, and community groups.
• Ensure financial and administrative compliance with project guidelines.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate capacity-building workshops for project staff and community members.
• Submit progress reports to donors and stakeholders.
