About the Role
We are seeking a Team Lead or Senior Associate for Program Management to strengthen the 'Zero-Fatality Solutions' model in critical geographies. This role includes stakeholder management, program design, and project implementation. You will work to strengthen programs in critical districts and corridors through active engagement with various Central and State government agencies. You will facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure all output is practical and helps reimagine road safety.
Role and Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of multiple projects to ensure they meet quality standards and schedules.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, community leaders, and partners to ensure support for initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to organizational strategic planning and collaborate with senior management to refine program approaches based on analysis.
Monitoring and Reporting: Implement robust monitoring mechanisms to track progress and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate personnel, budget, and
materails effectively to achieve program goals.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Address complex issues as they arise and encourage innovation within the team to meet challenges creatively.
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in program management, preferably in the development sector or a related domain.
Stakeholder Expertise: Demonstrated skills in dealing with government stakeholders and experience in high-level negotiations.
Project Management: Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and execution.
Analytical Skills: Proven analytical and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Leadership Qualities: Highly motivated and driven leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
