Job Title: Academic Coordinator
Location: Mangalagiri & Bapulapadu, Vijayawada

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Academic Coordinator who is passionate about improving classroom practices and supporting teachers to enhance student learning outcomes. The role involves training, mentoring, and providing on-ground academic support to educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in making lessons engaging and effective to improve student learning.
• Plan and conduct regular training sessions for team members and track their progress.
• Provide weekly academic inputs on subject knowledge, pedagogy, communication, soft skills, and professional development.
• Assess team capabilities and design targeted training interventions to enhance performance.
• Conduct regular school visits to observe classroom practices and provide hands-on academic support.
• Deliver demo sessions and offer structured feedback to ensure high-quality classroom delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of progress reports to senior leadership.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–3 years of teaching experience with students from Grades 1–8.
• 3–5 years of experience in teacher training, mentoring, or academic support roles.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any subject or language.
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (both spoken and written).

• Good interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Passion for education and continuous learning
