Job Description
Job Title: Cluster Coordinator
Location: Meghalaya
Role Overview:
We are looking for a committed and field-driven Cluster Coordinator to support and monitor education programs across assigned schools in Meghalaya. The role requires strong on-ground engagement, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring effective program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits and classroom observations across assigned schools.
- Monitor teaching practices and provide structured, actionable feedback to Resource Persons (RPs).
- Support improvements in student learning outcomes at the school level.
- Identify and resolve field-level challenges to ensure smooth program execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local education department stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coordination and implementation of program activities within the cluster.
- Analyze program data and dashboards to make informed decisions.
- Prepare reports based on data insights and share regular updates.
- Submit timely monthly and quarterly progress reports.
- Support team coordination and management at the cluster level.
- Ensure adherence to program quality standards and timelines.
- Be open to extensive field travel across assigned areas.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
- Postgraduate Degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in teaching or education program implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in remote and field-based environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
