Hiring | Corporate Relations & Placements Associate – Dempo AI Business School, Goa

Dempo AI Business School is inviting applications for the role of Corporate Relations & Placements Associate.
The role involves building strong recruiter partnerships, driving placements and internships, mentoring students, and supporting branding initiatives.

Key Highlights:
    •    Build and manage corporate relationships for internships & final placements
    •    Coordinate end-to-end campus recruitment drives
    •    Design placement brochures and recruiter decks (Canva skills preferred)
    •    Guide students on resumes, LinkedIn & interview prep
    •    Maintain recruiter & student databases; prepare dashboards & reports
    •    Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI platforms to strengthen outreach

Profile Sought:
? Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, Marketing, or related fields
? 2–5 years’ experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations
? Strong communication & relationship-building skills
? Proficiency in Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to LinkedIn campaigns & AI tools is an advantage
