What You’ll Do:

• Conduct wellness trainings, workshops, and awareness sessions in schools.
• Lead community development activities linked to assigned schools.
• Support access to government welfare schemes and health services.
• Engage parents through home visits and counselling to reduce dropouts.
• Collaborate with teachers, SMCs, youth groups, and local stakeholders.
• Support WASH initiatives, health camps, and EduSports activities.
• Maintain child-wise health records and prepare impactful reports.

Who We’re Looking For:

• BSW/MSW (Community Development preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Education or Development sector.
• Strong people skills, communication, and ethical stakeholder engagement.
• Passion for community work and child well-being.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
