We’re Hiring | MIS Coordinator / Data Analyst 

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end data collection, validation, and consolidation across programs.
• Building and maintaining MIS systems for effective program tracking.
• Designing impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Ensuring high data quality through regular checks and controls.
• Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessments.
• Translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Ensure data and documentation audit-ready.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles
• Experience in dashboards, MIS systems, or M&E/compliance reporting is a plus
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Google Data Studio) – non-negotiable
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and comfort working with large, messy, multi-source data
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively
