*District Program Manager* - Based in Pune

*Qualification requirement* - Education – MSW / MBA / RD  
*Past professional experience* - About 10+ years of experience in social sector/ community program or similar field of education.
*Area of operations* – Project implementation of a selected blocks in one district.
*Team composition* – Will lead a team of 8 + coordinators.

*Roles and Responsibility* 

•    Responsible for mapping the territory of the districts/clusters and the communities, playgrounds, schools etc.
•    Responsible for collaborating with the Area Team to establish area guidelines and procedures.
•    Liaison with Local entities, communities, schools, government institutions / authorities
•    Recruiting and Managing the Team and ensuring compliance with the company policies.
•    Plan capacity building programs / trainings for the team members
•    Organize their training schedules immediately after joining.
•    Preparing Annual Action Plan
•    Follow ups on schedule / updates and checks on progress and performance of the team
•    Overall managing and overseeing team’s time, personnel, and resources.
•    Records / Report Writing and data management
•    Feedback and Review
•    Handle budget related issues
•    Handle all accounts and finance matters
•    Facilitate the HR and admin related tasks of the projects i.e. procurement, reviews etc. 
•    Reporting expenses
•    Actively Establish and Continue existing Govt. Partnership officer.
