Education– Post graduate degree in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Development Studies/ Community Development/ Sociology/ Economics/ Development Management/ Management/ Agriculture

Experience– At least 5 years of work experience in Capacity building of Community institution like Producer Groups, Mahila Kissan Sangathan, FPO and their leaders for their empowerment and sustainability.
