Job Description

As part of the Technical Support Agency working with the Department of School Education, on a World Bank-funded project, your role would be-

• Developing a robust Monitoring and Reporting plan in consultation with the client for each year 

• Undertaking concurrent monitoring of the project activities and providing feedback to team members regarding timeline and budget adherence 

• Organizing training/orientation of team members on the execution of the Monitoring plan 

• Aligning the monitoring plan to the overall plan of the project developed by the State and other relevant stakeholders 

• Collecting relevant and appropriate information on project activities regularly 

• Documenting the progress, completion and outcome of all key activities including pre and post-training assessments; actual training of teachers; and development of TLM materials etc. 

• Develop monitoring reports regularly, as per the agree-upon plan 

• Providing inputs in developing the annual report to be submitted to the client
