Role Overview
The Programme Manager will coordinate ongoing projects, manage field operations, and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of program progress.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ongoing projects across MP and Rajasthan
Liaise with vendors, school staff, and district officials
Maintain and analyse program data
Track progress and share regular updates

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years in program coordination or field operations

Skills
Strong communication
Self starter
Ability to work with minimal guidance
Organised and reliable
Basic data tracking and analysis
Willing to travel to rural areas if required

Compensation and Perks
INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience and ownership
Work directly with the founder and core team
Hands on exposure to grassroots projects, coordination, and media
Potential to grow into a larger role based on performance
