Job Profile: Project Coordinator in CSR vertical.

Qualification
Master master’s degree in social work (MSW).

Experience:
o    7–9 years of relevant experience in the social sector. 
o     Strong exposure to the Project Management Cycle – from design and planning to execution, monitoring, and evaluation. 
o    Proven experience of working in the CSR space, including liaising with corporates foundations, and donor agencies and coaching NGOs on Proposal writing
o    Strong knowledge of CSR compliance, partnership management, and reporting. proficiency in dashboard management, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement 

Responsibilities
* Manage the complete project life cycle for CSR initiatives.
* Coordinate with CSR partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
* Design and implement employee engagement programmes.
* Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain dashboards.
* Prepare impactful presentations and documentation for reviews.
* Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and donor expectations.

Key skills 
o    Ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement development projects.
o     Strong knowledge of CSR compliance, partnership management, and reporting. 
o     Proficiency in dashboard management, data analysis, and presentation preparation. 
o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. 
o    Ability to travel extensively across various parts of Maharashtra. Strong facilitation and team management skills.

Location: Mumbai Maharashtra (extensive travel required)
