Job Description: Training Coordinator – Naandi Foundation
Position: Training Coordinator
Location: Uttar Pradesh (Candidate will sit to Delhi Office)
Reporting To: Program Manager
Employment Type: Consultant

Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth implementation of skill development programs for young women, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and program effectiveness. The role involves coordinating training sessions, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful outcomes for beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Coordination & Implementation
- Plan, organize, and oversee training sessions for female candidates under programs like Mahindra Pride Classroom and BMGF skilling initiatives.
- Ensure training schedules are followed, and logistical arrangements (venue, materials, trainers) are in place.
- Liaise with trainers, industry experts, and partner organizations to deliver high-quality skill development programs.
2. Training Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Support trainers in delivering modules on employability skills, technical skills, and transferable skills (communication, leadership, digital literacy, etc.).
- Monitor training sessions to ensure adherence to curriculum and pedagogy standards.
- Collect feedback from participants and trainers to improve program effectiveness.
3. Engagements & Partnerships
- Collaborate with colleges and government bodies for program outreach and placements.
- Maintain relationships with trainers, guest faculty, and industry partners to enhance training quality.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track attendance, participation, and progress of trainees through regular assessments.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes, challenges, and success stories for donors and management.
- Ensure data is accurately maintained for program impact analysis.
5. Placement & Career Support
- Assist in organizing job fairs, mock interviews, and industry interactions for trainees.
- Work with the placement team to ensure successful internships/job placements for candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, HR, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years in skill development programs, vocational training, or NGO education projects.
Skills Required:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office & data management.
- Passion for women’s empowerment and education.
- Preferred: Prior experience in livelihood programs, CSR initiatives, or corporate-funded skilling projects.
