Position: Regional Manager
?  Location: Manyam, Andhra Pradesh
?  CTC: ₹5,50,000 per annum
?  Organization: A leading NGO

We are inviting applications for the role of Regional Manager who can manage both farm-level operations and supply chain execution across the region. 

Role Overview: 
The role involves the ability to design and oversee farmer identification, onboarding, retention and enrollment processes. To pursue operational KPIs and social-ecological impact metrics (soil health, biodiversity, carbon credits) for the region. To ensure farmers and operations comply with required certification standards, regulations, and audits.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Agri operations, Agri supply chain management.
✔️ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in agriculture or agriculture business management .
✔️ Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
